DCURE is an online application that enables employees to share the right company updates without any effort, on social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter and Xing.
Adding content to DCURE is usually done by importing a RSS- or XML Feed. It is also possible to enter it manually and with our Google Chrome extension you can add content with just one click.
You can divide the reactions roughly in 3 groups:

Company culture plays a major part in this and the kind of job an employee has. However, you can explain to them that it’s an easy way to increase their personal brand. Because only 10% of employees is sharing business updates, it’s easy to stand out. that is good for their current job, but will also be benefit them in future ones.
Our filtering system is the heart of our application. Filters allow you to segment content in a way that employees can select exactly wat content they want to share based on certain criteria. Criteria can be department, region, business unit or even a theme. Everyone, can select and share exactly the right and suitable content for a certain group of employees, by doing so they exclude content they don’t want to share.
That is hardly the case in real life. Off course, some of your coworker’s networks will contain the same connections. However, to reach only 60% of a coworker’s network, in 2013 you had to post 22.6 updates per month, those networks grew a lot bigger now and will continue to grow, so when your posting the same amount now, you will reach less than 60% of a network.

Signing up coworkers is very easy. Depending on your specific situation, we provide you with a suitable signup page. Every coworker can easily signup and select what content he wants to share (and exclude what not), when and on which social networks, we’ll take care of the rest.
In our dashboard you can easily see, what is being shared, who shared, on what social networks and when.
Most of our clients use Google Analytics. Every post shared by one of your coworkers contains a link. We make every link unique with UTM Tags. So you can see in your own analytics how many visitors came through DCURE and which employee(s) referred them.
Gamification is only appealing for a small group of employees. Usually this is the group of employees that is already active on social media. DCURE is developed for the group of employees that isn’t active on social media.
